Whole leaf dried truffle seaweed. The distinguished flavour notes of white truffles, combined with the fresh taste of the ocean. Use it wherever you would use normal truffles for a unique variation! This seaweed provides the best truffle flavour when infused into fats, for example truffle seaweed butter, or truffle seaweed aioli. Serve with beef for a new take on surf and turf, or with mushrooms for an umami explosion! Too much heat can lessen the flavour, so add truffle seaweed in at the end of the cooking process for the best effect.
